About Us

Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah.
The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. After spending thousands of dollars baking and testing cookies, they finally discovered the perfect recipe.
Once Crumbl’s Milk Chocolate Chip recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl Cookies and sold their cookies for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history.
Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl’s goal is to bring friends and family together over a box of the best cookies in the world.

Crumbl is a dessert bakery dedicated to bringing friends and family together over the best desserts in the world. If your application meets our requirements, our team will contact you.
2. Initial Interview
This interview is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other! We want to learn more about you and your operation plan for your future franchise.
3. Location Selection
Our team at Crumbl HQ will work with you on selecting the perfect location for your franchise.
4. Onboarding
This is the part where it gets fun! We provide you with all the necessary training and orientation to prepare you for opening your bakery. You’ll receive all the support you need to bake, make, and operate your store the Crumbl way.
5. Construction
Crumbl makes franchising easy! The following steps outline the franchise process and how YOU can become part of the Crumbl Crew today!(Only for U.S. and Canada)
6. Grand Opening
Finally, your Grand Opening day arrives! You’ll get to open your doors to a fully operational franchise, perfect for all the cookie and dessert lovers out there!
